Less is more. Wine is no exception to this idea. Winemaker Mark Cargasacchi shows that by producing 100 cases or less of each vintage, we are able to focus on making every wine exceptional. Our Pinots come from our own vineyard and the other varietals come in small lots sourced from select vineyards throughout Santa Barbara County.

The Cargasacchi/Jalama Vineyard is located a few miles west of the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. Coastal weather on three sides keeps the vineyards cool throughout the long central coast growing season. This is ideal Pinot country.

Although we love our Pinot, we love Syrah, Grenache and more! With the Santa Ynez Valley just east of Lompoc, we have access to vineyards that produce some amazing fruit the becomes our signature La Presa Syrah, and El Capitan blend.
