Refund Policy
There are no refunds. If there is a problem with the wine you recieve from us, we will be happy to exchange it if we are contacted within 2 weeks of purchase. If the original item is no longer in stock, we would be happy to exchange it for another item of equal value, or provide you with a credit which can be used at any time in the future.
If errors in billing arise, we will endeavor to remedy any problems as soon as they are brought to our attention.

Any information you provide to Jalama Wines will be kept strictly confidential. We will never sell, trade, rent, knowingly share or distribute your personal information to a third party, except as necessary to conduct business or if required to do so by law enforcement.
