Camp 4 Vineyard, Santa Barbara County

SOLD OUT

Although Mourvèdre is typically used as a blending wine, we were blown away by the flavor exhibited in one barrel in particular. The result: 23 cases of this varietal from the Camp 4 block of the Fess Parker vineyard.

Characteristics Ripe yet refined, with gorgeous layers of crushed black cherry, black currant and warm fig flavors flowing into fresh minerality. Tobacco, spice and bittersweet cocoa echo through the super long finish. A very perfumy style with an amazing mouth feel.
